Blogging, regurgitating ideas, or coming up with new ones
I decided to start writing posts or articles in December 2021. I received feedback on one of my articles from someone I had just met. I wanted to contribute my experiences and perspectives on current practices. Creating content for blogging and LinkedIn is challenging because these platforms often have repetitive ideas. Unless confirming an experience or outcome, I try to avoid repeating what others have published.
Here is a link to the article she published after our conversation, The case for regurgitation.
I value the opinions of others for learning and personal development. Even when my publishing combines existing ideas, it helps promote and disseminate them from my unique perspective and experiences. This platform aims to foster collaboration and contribute to the supportive community that has helped me in many ways. The idea is to gain insight from diverse perspectives and draw from various sources while incorporating our experiences.
I focus on the legacy mindset of senior leadership, team dynamics, operational efficiency and metrics, practices and outcomes, and software engineering. Additionally, I explore the impact of modern practices like Agile, Lean, DevOps, and Value Stream Management on system flow.
